The starting point of our relationship is an immigration evaluation. We will only take on a case if there is at least a reasonable likelihood of success.
Before we agree to act for you, we first invite you to take a Free initial Quick Check eligibility assessment. If positive, this is followed by a more comprehensive Full Check evaluation (for which charges apply).

This FREE and confidential assessment allows us to process basic information to determine your position under official immigration regulations.
Please understand that this assessment is OBLIGATION FREE. You are not expected to proceed further.
What you get with our FREE evaluation:
- a detailed written report explaining immigration requirements and the process as it applies to you
- steps for further action
- a list of need-to-know details, such as entry criteria, visa conditions, processing time-frames and approximate costs
- If your initial assessment is not strong, you will be advised accordingly and offered recommendations as to how your case might be strengthened
- Following the evaluation, you will be entitled to a personal, no obligation follow-up consultation in person or over the telephone where we can respond to any outstanding questions you might have.
The final decision as to whether you should proceed is ENTIRELY UP TO YOU.
