MIGRATION BUREAU REVIEWS AND COMPLIANTS PROCESS
In the event that you have any concerns or problems with your application, the Migration Bureau has a Client Care and Compliance Officer whom you can confidentially contact.
Any issues will be investigated promptly and responded to with FREE written advice (and if necessary, a proposed resolution).
In rare situations concerning more serious matters or complaints, the Migration Bureau can undertake an internal review to investigate your concerns and to provide a mutually agreeable solution.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email clientcare@migrationbureau.com or send a letter to your nearest Migration Bureau office addressed to the Client Care and Compliance Officer. You can expect a prompt response.
